Number 2 Shadow Mosquito Ninja

In one of the recent episodes of Zexal this card was revealed, Number 2 Shadow Mosquito Ninja. I thought this would be relevant to post seeing as we're getting very close to Number 1. Here's its effect

3 Level 2 monsters
Cannot be destroyed by battle except with "Number" monsters. When this card is targeted for an attack: You can activate 1 of these effects: ● Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this card cannot be destroyed by that battle, you take no battle damage from that battle, also place 1 "Hallucination Counter" on 1 face-up monster on the field. The effects of monsters with a "Hallucination Counter" are negated. ● If this card is targeted for an attack by a monster with a "Hallucination Counter", this card cannot be destroyed by that battle, also your opponent takes any battle damage you would have taken from that battle.

I think it's pretty ok. If there's like a spell or trap that forces your opponent to attack then this card would be pretty good. Also he's effected by Ninja Support (just thought I'd throw that in -3-)

My question is since he requires 3 level 2 monsters like Number 96 Dark Mist would you use him over Dark Mist?
I personally think this is a little better but im a big fan of C96 so it's a tie for me.

I feel that dark mist is better they are both vulnerable to spells/traps but he is more conditinal

Battle mania makes your opponent attack and combined with an unfornunate report, they have to attack twice, dark mist and shadow mosquito ninja would make a great combo

Also, the only being destroyed by Number monsters will not come to the TCG as that is the anime effect of all number monsters
